The programs are designed in a progressive manner to eliminate muscular imbalances, develop riders’ movement patterns, and build a strong base to allow for increased speed and power.

Train with purpose

Our Strength add-on is built for riders who have previous experience with strength but are looking to take their performance to the next level with a structured training program.

Designed to increase riders strength, speed and power off the bike to allow for increased performance and resilience on the bike.

This program is designed for dedicated riders looking to improve their strength and stability on the bike, and/or as a program for racers looking to build in the off-season.

Prerequisites

  • Experience in gym setting – familiar with equipment and lifting techniques
  • Previously followed a gym program or participated in group training sessions
  • Self-motivated, accountable for program adherence
